GENERAL INFORMATION

Where are you located?

Location: 6-1435 Norjohn Court, Burlington, ON L7L 0E6

Parking:
The easiest way to enter for your first day is to come off Mainway and turn down Norjohn Court. Go to the end of the court and turn left at the parking lots. Drive toward the building, then turn right at the building, go straight after the stop sign, and our unit will be on the left (Unit 6). Once you’ve found the location, you can navigate however works best for you.

Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early so you have time to check in and get settled.

What age groups do you offer cheerleading classes for?

We have something for everyone, starting from our tiniest athletes all the way to advanced competitors!

We love seeing athletes grow through our programs ,  many start as little ones and stay with us all the way to Allstars!

Do participants need any prior cheerleading or gymnastics experience?

 Not at all! Many of our athletes start with no experience. Our coaches focus on teaching solid fundamentals and safe progressions so everyone can grow at their own pace.

How do I know which program is right for my child?

 If your child wants to have fun, build skills, and learn the fundamentals of cheer without a major time commitment, our Recreational Cheer program is the perfect fit.
If they love to perform, thrive on teamwork, and want the excitement of competing, our Competitive Cheer Teams are the next step.

How do I register for classes?

 You can register anytime through our Parent Portal, email us at coaches@supremeallstars.com, or call 289-983-1177.
We’re happy to help you find the right class, schedule a trial, or answer any questions you may have. Some programs (like competitive teams) require tryouts at specific times of the year.

Do you offer trials or assessments before enrolling?

 Yes! We offer trial classes for select recreational programs so athletes can experience the fun before committing. Tryouts are required for competitive programs.

What should athletes wear to class or practice?

  • Comfortable athletic clothing (t-shirt, tank top, shorts, or leggings)
  • Clean indoor running shoes or cheer shoes
  • Hair tied back securely
  • No jewelry for safety reasons

What should they bring with them?

  • Water bottle labeled with their name
  • A small snack (optional,  we have a snack shop available)
  • Any required forms or waivers not yet submitted

Do you offer makeup classes if we miss a session?

 For tumbling, athletes may make up to 2 missed classes per month (within 30 days, based on space availability).
Other programs currently do not offer makeups due to team structure and scheduling.

Is there a parent viewing area?

 Yes! Our glassed-in viewing room allows parents to comfortably watch their athletes train. It’s also perfect if you have more than one child on the floor at once.

How do you communicate updates or schedule changes?

We primarily use email for communication.
Competitive team members will receive all important updates through our Band app to keep everyone connected and informed.

RECREATIONAL CHEERLEADING

What will my child learn in a recreational class?

Our recreational classes are full of energy and fun! Athletes learn stunts, tumbling, jumps, and dance,  all the building blocks of cheerleading,  in a safe and positive environment.

How long are recreational sessions?

 Recreational cheer classes run 50 minutes each week.

Are recreational programs year-round?

Recreation programs are offered in 3-12 week sessions throughout the year, while tumbling classes run year-round and can be joined at any time.

Do recreational athletes need to purchase a uniform?

No,  uniforms are not required for recreational classes. Just bring your enthusiasm and we’ll handle the rest!

COMPETITIVE CHEERLEADING

How do athletes join a competitive team?

 All athletes attend tryouts held at the end of May each year. Every athlete who tries out makes a team,  tryouts help us place athletes with others at similar ages and ability levels to ensure a fun and successful season for everyone.

What is the commitment level for competitive cheer?

 Each team’s commitment varies slightly:

Allstar Elite Teams

  • Practices: 1 practice per week during summer; 2 practices per week from September-May. 2-2.5 hour long practices.
  • Additional Training: Choreography “blackout weeks” in August and December. Additional tumbling classes are strongly recommended.
  • Events: Attend 5-7 competitions, including travel opportunities and our end-of-season Showcase.

Allstar Prep Teams

  • Practices: 1 practice per week during summer; 2 practices per week from September-May. 1.5 hour long practices.
  • Events: Perform at 3 local competitions plus the Supreme Showcase in mid-May.

Novice Teams

  • Practices: 1 practice per week from September-May.
  • Events: Perform at 2 local competitions and our end-of-season Showcase in mid-May.

Pre-Competitive Teams

  • Practices: 1 practice per week in 5 month sessions (January-May and July-November), grouped by age. 1 end of session performance for families and friends.

We also host fun team events like pin parties and cheer socials to build lasting friendships and team spirit!

Do athletes need tumbling experience before joining?

 No experience is required! Tumbling ability helps determine team placement, but all skills can be developed through our tumbling classes and private lessons.

TUMBLING & SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

Do you offer tumbling-only classes?

Yes! Our tumbling program is open to everyone,  even athletes from other gyms. Classes are grouped by skill level so every athlete is challenged appropriately.

How do athletes move up to higher levels?

 As athletes master skills and demonstrate strength, control, and consistency, our coaches will recommend an evaluation to potentially graduate to the next level.

PARENTS & COMMUNICATION

How can parents stay informed about their child’s progress?

Our coaches provide feedback regularly, and we encourage open communication. Parents can also stay updated through our viewing area, email updates, and team announcements.

Are parents allowed to watch practices or attend competitions?

Yes, parents are welcome in our viewing area during practices and at competitions (please note some competition venues may charge a spectator fee).

Are there opportunities for community performances?

Absolutely! Supreme athletes love performing at community events and parades. These opportunities allow our teams to showcase their hard work and represent the Supreme spirit proudly.

HEALTH & SAFETY

How do you ensure athlete safety during stunts and tumbling?

Safety always comes first. Our coaches are highly trained in spotting and proper progressions. All equipment is regularly maintained, and athletes are only advanced once they’re ready.

What if my child gets hurt or becomes ill?

Our staff will follow established safety protocols, provide first aid if needed, and contact parents immediately. We take every precaution to ensure athletes are safe and cared for.

Are your coaches certified?

YES! All Supreme coaches hold relevant cheerleading certifications and safety training including First Aid and CPR.

FEES & PAYMENTS

What is the cost of classes?

Tumbling Class Memberships are offered for $99/month for 1 class per week and $149/month for 2 classes per month.

Are there registration or annual membership fees?

Not for classes. Teams are subject to a registration fee ranging from $69-$389 depending on the type of team.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, and Automatic Banking withdrawals are accepted for athlete tuition. Cash and debit are also accepted for purchases on site.

What is your Cancellation or Refund policy?
